 Mike Gonzalez has over 20 years
in the wine and spirits industry and has a proven track record of increasing productivity
and providing outstanding leadership. Prior to joining Vici Wine & Spirits, Gonzalez
spent three years as Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing for A.V. Imports.
Prior to A.V. Imports, Gonzalez served as Vice President Eastern Division, and spent nine
years with Beringer Blass Wine Estates where he managed the sales and marketing initiatives
in the Eastern half of the country. Gonzalez began his career in the wine and spirits
industry as a territory manager at E&J Gallo, before he quickly rose up the ranks
to Chain Division Sales Manager. He is an accomplished manager with expertise in strategic
planning and revenue growth. The addition of Gonzalez to our management team will certainly
catapult Vici Wine & Spirits to the next level. Gonzalez holds a Bachelor of Arts with a Minor in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida. He also was named as one of the “10 Most Admired Latinos” by Latino Leadership magazine for his professional accomplishments and community contributions.
He currently resides in Hunt Valley, Maryland with his wife Alicia and his two daughters Kaley and Lindsey.

Chuck Squires’ career in the wine and spirits industry started in 1992 as a national hire for
the E & J Gallo Winery. He was placed in South Florida at Premier
Beverage Company. He quickly distinguished himself as a leader and
was promoted to management. His humble beginnings taught him the Gallo
standards of distributor sales and employee management. At age 26,
he was identified by Beringer Blass Wine Estates and became the youngest management hire
within the company. He developed his knowledge of the three tier system through promotion to various management positions throughout the eastern half of the United
States. Chuck worked for Delicato Family Vineyards for 2 years where he gained extensive knowledge of the production side of the wine industry. He was then hired
by AV Imports as the Southern Division Manager. He grew as a leader
and became proficient in distributor alliances and state compliance. His
15 years of industry knowledge rounds out the executive team at Vici Wine and Spirits. Chuck has a bachelors degree in Marketing from the University of Florida.
He lives in Coral Springs, Florida with his wife Amy and six children, Jack
, Julia, James, Noah, Amanda and the newest member Ava. He recently
completed the Dublin Marathon, where he raised over $15,000
for The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.  Jason Glazar Vice President of National Accounts Unlike Mike and Chuck, my first job opportunity out of Syracuse University was joining Wal-Mart stores
Inc. as a Men and Boys wear buyer. It wasn’t until the start of the new millennia that I ventured into the beverage
world with Evian before joining both Mike and Chuck at AV Imports as a national account manager. I worked for Pernod Ricard
USA as a National Account Manager – Wines and Champagnes before deciding to reunite and partner with my friends Mike
and Chuck at Vici Wine and Sprits. Vici Wine and Spirits is an interesting wine company that believes in selling the best
wine at the best value. Now, a lot of people say this in the business, but few stand out and are able to deliver. As a native
of Philadelphia, I now reside in Central Florida with my wife Cara and three boys, Joshua, Justin, and Jacob.
